Google generates these links automatically, and not all sites have sitelinks. Soon this update will be available to all the Google users. Demote Sitelink URL: Google Webmaters Tools has removed the sitelink blocking option and enabled a new feature to “Demote Sitelink URLs”. Using this tool we can easily demote the sitelink URLs which you don’t want to appear in Google Search Results.
